5 ways to be positive again

So we all at some point have felt like life is rubbish, everything is going wrong, and it’s hard to see the light……but believe you can get through it! Of course, it takes time and much will power but you can achieve a positive mindset. Here are a few tips to get you started…



Try this: when you wake up think of something nice, imagine yourself in your favourite place, or the sun shining brightly on your face, something that brings you pure happiness.


Switch off your mind, yes easier said then done!! I am a master of overthinking! I tell myself to stop it! Stop thinking things that aren’t even real! I’m dreadful at making up conclusions that aren’t actually right! So ….Keep busy, go out for a walk, listen to music, sing loudly, and eventually, you can switch your thoughts.


Meditations – these are amazing! Again it takes time to calm your mind and relax but you can!! Start with small ones, 5 minutes for example. And then work upwards.


Use daily mantras

I AM enough

I Am beautiful

I AM worthy

I Am Deserving

I AM powerful

I AM strong

I AM attracting everything for my highest good

I AM ………………. (use words that relate to you)


Keep repeating these as and when you feel like it, it will instantly lift your vibrations.


Try and remember to count your blessings, no matter how small they are instead of focusing on the negative situations try and see any positives and magnify them!!
